How Reviews Are Collected
Every rating on StockmanHub comes from real investors, put through a verification and moderation process designed to keep our reviews honest and useful.
The verification process
When you write a review, we ask you to confirm the broker you held or hold an account with. At the point of submission, you must tick an experience-confirmation checkbox affirming that your review is based on your own genuine account experience — not a friend's, and not second-hand information. This single step filters out a large share of low-quality submissions before they ever reach moderation.
Our moderation workflow
Every new review passes through automated checks for spam, duplicate content and prohibited language, then a manual moderation queue. Reviews that pass are published immediately; reviews that are flagged are reviewed by our team against our community guidelines before a decision to approve or reject is made.
Community guidelines
Do
- • Share your genuine, first-hand experience with a broker
- • Be specific about fees, platform performance and support
- • Confirm you actually hold or held an account with the broker
- • Update your review if your experience changes over time
Don't
- • Post reviews for brokers you have never used
- • Use offensive, defamatory or discriminatory language
- • Post the same review multiple times or across multiple accounts
- • Accept payment or incentives in exchange for a review
Fraud and fake-review prevention
- • One review per broker per user — you can edit it, but not duplicate it.
- • Votes on reviews (helpful / not helpful) are deduplicated per user per review.
- • Any user can report a review that looks fake, incentivised or abusive.
- • Accounts found posting coordinated or incentivised reviews are permanently blocked.
Our independence policy
StockmanHub may earn an affiliate commission when a reader opens an account through a link on our site. That commercial relationship never touches our review or rating pipeline. Ratings are calculated as the unweighted average of verified reviews only — brokers cannot buy a higher score, and negative reviews are never removed at a broker's request.
